4. Orders & Deliveries
- All cylinder deliveries and refills are subject to customer verification and availability of stock.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and demand.
- Customers must ensure accessibility and safety during delivery.
5. Payments
All payments must be made via approved mobile money services. Paygo Gas does not store payment information. Services are only rendered after successful payment confirmation.
6. Pricing & Changes
Prices for gas and services are subject to change without prior notice. Paygo Gas reserves the right to revise pricing due to market changes or supplier costs.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Ensure the safety and secure placement of LPG cylinders.
- Follow all provided safety guidelines and maintenance instructions.
- Report any gas leaks or faults immediately.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are only issued in cases of overpayment or service failure attributable to Paygo Gas. Refund requests are subject to review.
9. Liability
Paygo Gas shall not be liable for:
- Damages or injuries resulting from improper gas usage.
- Delays or service failures beyond our control.
- Third-party or mobile payment system failures.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Paygo Gas website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Paygo Gas and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
